| WIP 1986-2025 historical NWS alert lifecycle states. Each map row has a distinct issued, expiration, and status state, plus a pin and either an original NWS storm-warning polygon or references to canonical affected county geometry. Invalid or cancelled states are retained separately and excluded from playback. Bulletin-text collection is complete and preserved locally in all 480 monthly and 40 annual artifacts, covering 1986-2025; cached text is available for 1,839,236 of 1,839,366 canonical products, while the remaining 130 are verified unavailable upstream IEM HTTP 404s. The authored first view stays 2024-2025 for a responsive initial load. County boundaries are not duplicated in this source. Before 2005, coverage is primarily core severe-warning history rather than the full modern VTEC alert taxonomy. | ||||
