How to reach DaedalMap and where to find help for the website, the map app, the API, and the MCP server.

Email [email protected] for account, billing, data, and general questions. Include the page, pack, or tool involved and what you expected to happen.

In the app and on the website you can also use the Feedback button. It sends your message along with the page you were on.

Bug reports

Problems with the open source engine can be reported as issues on GitHub. For problems with the hosted service, a data pack, or an MCP tool result, email [email protected] with the request and the response you received.

To report a security issue, follow the contact in security.txt. Please do not file security reports as public GitHub issues.
