Adds the reviewed 2026 French admin selection and preserves the sourced historical admin editions. This version also stores repeated historical Admin 2–4 shapes through exact reverse changes while retaining standalone GeoParquet exports.

• Download format: Standardized exact and Display GeoParquet columns to portable shape schema 1.0.1 without changing loc_id, row order, or WKB. Historical download members use history/<family>/year=<YYYY>/part-0000.parquet; source-specific attributes remain in Full and are exposed as JSON in the download.
